  • Train our AI models (e.g., LLM) for data analysis and counter-narrative development.
  • Generate anonymized statistics and reports for public awareness and advocacy.
  • Display anonymized incidents on our website.
• Anonymization: You understand and agree that while your original submission may contain sensitive details, BasKaro is committed to anonymizing all publicly displayed reports to protect your identity. We do not collect or store Personally Identifiable Information (PII) from anonymous reporters.
• No False Reports: Submitting deliberately false, misleading, or malicious reports is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of your access to our services.
• No Illegal/Harmful Content: You must not submit any content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or that promotes violence or discrimination. Reports should focus solely on the racist incident.

• BasKaro's Rights: BasKaro reserves the right, but is not obligated, to review, verify, edit, categorize, or remove any content submitted by users at our sole discretion.
• Verification Process: Reports are subject to review and verification by our human moderators before they appear on the main feed to ensure accuracy and compliance with our guidelines.
• Public Display: You understand that anonymized summaries and evidence from your reports may be publicly displayed on BasKaro.app and used in aggregated reports for advocacy.
• Objection to Public Post Inclusion: If a public post (e.g., from a social media platform) that you originated is featured on BasKaro.app as evidence in a report, and you object to its inclusion, please contact us. We are willing to cooperate in reviewing and potentially removing such content upon your request, provided sufficient verification.

When using BasKaro.app, you agree not to:

• Engage in any form of hate speech, discrimination, harassment, or doxxing towards others on the platform itself.
• Submit content that is illegal, infringes on intellectual property rights, or violates any third-party rights.
• Attempt to bypass our security measures or gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its data.
• Use the site for any commercial purposes without our express written consent.
• Submit intentionally false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
